At My Glowrious Skin™ we work day after day to improve the customer experience, which is why we make sure to provide the greatest possible security, from the moment the order is placed until it is received at its delivery location.
All our orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, unless the order was registered on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the next business day.
Once processed, the order is sent to the customer. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
